Call for Organizing Committee Members: We cordially invite dedicated and passionate individuals to join the organizing committee for the CNS-2. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a highly impactful and prestigious event.
- Registration and Ticketing Team: Responsible for managing attendee registrations, ticket sales, and ensuring a smooth check-in process during the conference.
- Speaker and Panel Selection Team: Identifies and invites keynote speakers, panelists, and presenters. This team plays a crucial role in shaping the content of the conference.
- Technical Support Team: Manages all technical aspects of the conference, including audiovisual equipment, live streaming, virtual conference platforms , and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Volunteer Coordination Team: Recruits, trains, and coordinates volunteers to assist with various conference tasks, such as assisting attendees, managing sessions, and providing information.
- Finance and Budgeting Team: Manages the financial aspects of the conference, including budgeting, expense tracking, sponsorship payments, and financial reporting.
- Exhibition and Booth Management Team: If the conference includes an exhibition area, this team oversees the setup and management of exhibitor booths, including logistics and communication with exhibitors.
- Social and Networking Team: Plans and organizes social events, networking sessions, and social media engagement to enhance the overall conference experience and foster connections among attendees.
- Media and Public Relations Team: Manages media outreach, press releases, and public relations efforts to generate media coverage and increase the conference’s visibility.
- Evaluation and Feedback Team: Collects feedback from attendees and participants to evaluate the conference’s success and identify areas for improvement.
- Post-Conference Content Team: Manages the recording and distribution of conference sessions and materials for post-conference access.
- Legal and Contracts Team: Handles legal agreements, contracts, and compliance issues related to the conference, including agreements with venues, vendors, and sponsors.
- Security and Safety Team: Ensures the safety and security of attendees, speakers, and staff during the conference, including emergency response planning.
- Transportation and Logistics Team: Coordinates transportation for attendees, manages shipping and receiving of materials, and handles logistical challenges related to venue setup.
- Print and Design Team: Manages the design and production of conference materials such as programs, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
- Crisis Management Team: Develops and implements contingency plans for unforeseen challenges or emergencies that may arise during the conference.
